AKABER Returns & Exchanges

At AKABER, every piece is chosen with care and crafted for the modern modest woman. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, our return and exchange policy is here to make the process simple and fair.

1. Eligibility

We happily offer exchanges or store credits within 10 days of your purchase date. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@akabercollection.com.au with the subject line “Return Request” or “Exchange Request” along with your order number.

In your email, let us know the reason for your return and whether you’d like an exchange or store credit.

Our team will get back to you within 1–3 business days with the next steps.

3. Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Items that appear used or damaged will not qualify.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable method to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

For exchanges, once we receive and approve the returned item, AKABER will cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you.

5. Store Credit

If you choose store credit, it will be issued via email once we have received your return in good condition.

Store credits are valid for 12 months and may be used on any item from our collections.

6. Quality Promise

We take pride in the quality of every AKABER piece. If you believe your order has a fault or issue, please contact us straight away at info@akabercollection.com.au, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
